What We Do

We provide Local Authorities with a structured framework for:

  • Reviewing and processing identified Blue Badge cases

  • Providing prosecution services when instructed

  • Training Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs)

Each Local Authority partnership includes a dedicated, secure Azure-hosted back-office system.

  • Align data imports to the Authority’s existing outputs

  • Remove the need for IT reconfiguration

  • Maintain full audit logging

  • Ensure the Authority retains full control of its data

Our systems support case management, reporting, training and oversight.

Supporting Enforcement Teams

We provide online, transferable CEO training covering:

  • Identifying misuse

  • Evidence gathering

  • Engagement and communication

  • Data protection responsibilities

  • Use of the Blue Badge Checker app

Training is accessible 24/7 via our app and can move with officers between Authorities.
