Blue Badge Prosecution Pathway

Following identification of an alleged Blue Badge offence by the Civil Enforcement Officer and evidence review by the Local Authority, suitable cases may be referred to us where the evidential threshold has been met.

We administer a structured pre-prosecution process, including the issuing of formal correspondence offering the opportunity to undertake our Online Blue Badge Awareness Course.

Where a referred individual does not engage with the awareness pathway, we may, where authorised, progress the matter to prosecution on behalf of the Local Authority, or formally recommend that the Local Authority proceeds with prosecution through its legal services.

All enforcement and prosecution decisions remain under the authority of the Local Authority.

Blue Badge Checker App

Our Blue Badge verification system supports Civil Enforcement Officers by enabling quick badge validation in the field and streamlined back-office review.

By improving early-stage verification and documentation, the system strengthens the evidential foundation for cases referred to the Local Authority.

Integrated with existing processes, Blue Badge Verify enhances administrative efficiency while supporting appropriate and proportionate case management.

Blue Badge Case Management System

Our bespoke back-office system has been designed to support Local Authorities in managing referred Blue Badge cases efficiently and securely.

Each Local Authority is provided with a dedicated Azure-hosted environment, ensuring data is not shared and remains fully under council control at all times. All activity within the system is logged, creating a complete audit trail.

We customise the data import process to align with the Local Authority’s existing data output, removing the need for changes to internal IT systems or third-party providers.

The system supports structured case administration, documentation, correspondence management and reporting, operating within agreed rule-based processes defined by the Local Authority.

CEO Blue Badge Training

Our online Blue Badge training programme is designed to support Civil Enforcement Officers with practical, up-to-date knowledge relating to correct badge use, identification of misuse, and evidence documentation.

Delivered through bite-sized modules within our app, the training allows CEOs to access refresher content at any time while in the field.

The programme supports consistent standards across Local Authorities and is fully transferable should an officer move between councils.
