How the Partnership Works
You Identify & Refer
Your enforcement officers identify an alleged offence and securely refer the case via our portal. No double-keying. Takes less than two minutes.
We Take Over
We assume full administration: acknowledgement, evidence review, correspondence, vulnerability checks and audit logging.
We Administer
We engage the individual, offer the discretionary awareness course where appropriate, track completion and manage all touchpoints.
We Return
We return two cohorts:
- Admitted and completed course closed with an audit trail.
- Non-compliant evidential pack returned for prosecution consideration.
